Your conversations matter deeply to you—and to us. Helloyya: Social Insight places privacy at the forefront. This policy outlines how we collect, use, and protect the information you share while using our mobile application.

1. Information We Collect and Its Purpose

A. User-Uploaded Content (Chat Screenshots)

Helloyya's primary purpose is to analyze chat screenshots that you choose to upload voluntarily.

• Data Type: Screenshot images or text derived from them.
• Purpose: To deliver emotional analysis, subtext interpretation, and relationship insights.
• Handling: Your photo library is never accessed unless you grant explicit "Limited" or "Full" permission. Only the images you select are processed for analysis.

B. Extracted Metadata

During image processing, we may derive text and basic metadata (e.g., timestamps, sender/receiver positions) to rebuild the conversation for our "Visual Logic Mapping" feature.

C. Usage Analytics

Anonymous telemetry (app version, device model, feature usage frequency) is collected for bug fixes and performance improvements only. This data is never associated with your analyzed chat content.

2. Data Processing and AI Disclosure

A. Artificial Intelligence Processing

We use advanced Large Language Models (LLMs) from trusted partners (e.g., OpenAI, Google Gemini) to perform linguistic and emotional analysis.

• Data Masking: Prior to sending text to AI services, we remove or de-identify personally identifiable information (PII) when feasible.
• No Training: Our API agreements guarantee that your private data is not used to train the general AI models of these third-party providers.

B. Encryption and Transmission

Data transferred between your device and our servers is protected with industry-standard SSL/TLS (Secure Sockets Layer / Transport Layer Security) encryption.

3. Data Retention and Deletion

• Ephemeral Processing: We favor "in-memory" processing. Raw screenshots are not kept on our servers beyond the time needed to produce the analysis report.
• User-Controlled History: Analysis history is stored on your device and securely synced to your account. You may delete any analysis record at any time; once deleted, it is removed from our active databases.
• Account Deletion: Deleting your Helloyya account results in permanent removal of all associated data (history, profile, etc.) within 30 days.

4. Third-Party Sharing

We never sell, rent, or trade your personal data or conversation history with advertisers or data brokers. Data is shared only with service providers required to run the app:

• Cloud Infrastructure: Secure hosting (e.g., AWS, Google Cloud).
• AI Engine Providers: Secure API requests for core analysis.

5. Your Privacy Rights (GDPR / CCPA)

Your location may entitle you to these rights:

• Right to Access: View your analysis history in the app.
• Right to Erasure: Delete your data or account at any time.
• Right to Opt-Out: You may decline to provide screenshots; doing so will reduce app functionality.

6. Children's Privacy

Helloyya is not designed for users under 17 (or the applicable legal age in your region). We do not knowingly collect data from minors.

7. Changes to This Policy

We may revise this policy to reflect updates in our practices or legal obligations. Significant changes will be communicated through in-app notifications.
